Peter Stephan was born in New York where he has lived for the past thirty-five years. He is a successful restaurateur with over 30 years of achievement in restaurant design, management and new restaurant openings.
Stephan studied at the Paris-Sorbonne University, the first university in the world, where he pursued his interests in architecture, design and languages. As a natural extension of his work in restaurants, he would start his own design - build company, Stephan Designs, focusing primarily on residential and restaurant projects.
He expanded his company to include consulting, Stephan Consults, for the restaurant industry offering these services: Restaurant Design, Management, Cost Controls, Menu Planning, Training and Problem Solving.
